The launch is just the beginning. Ladybug can handle the upkeep, content changes, and technical details that keep your website useful—so you can focus on the people you serve.
Event listings, photos, announcements, updated hours, staff changes, and registration links. Keep your visitors informed without having to learn a website editor.
Help with hosting, domain setup and renewals, security certificates, and the services your site connects to. One person to coordinate the details behind the scenes.
Security and availability monitoring, software updates where needed, backups, and a recovery plan. Periodic checks help catch broken links, form problems, and mobile layout issues.
Search-friendly page titles and descriptions, sitemaps, and basic search-performance reviews. Keep the information people find about your work useful and up to date.
Thoughtful choices. Sensible costs.
Simple, efficient hosting where it fits. Fewer unnecessary plugins and subscriptions. Dee will explain the options and ongoing costs before you commit, so you can choose a setup that fits your budget.
Your domain and content remain yours. If you ever choose a different developer or hosting provider, I’ll help make the transition straightforward.
Start with a design quote, then choose ongoing help that fits your site. We’ll agree on included updates, turnaround times, monitoring coverage, and any separate hosting or service costs. Larger additions are quoted separately.

How we work
Tell Dee about your audience, your current site, and what you want to change. Bring your questions, ideas, and any timing or budget constraints.
Agree on the pages and features, then review a design you can actually explore. Your feedback helps shape the finished site.
Review the content, links, and mobile layout together. Discuss hosting, domain setup, and what you’ll need to keep the site current.
Before we begin
No. Ladybug’s web design services are for small businesses, organizations, and individuals, as well as campaigns. Tell Dee what you have in mind.
The initial design is quoted around your pages, content, and features. Ongoing care is optional and quoted separately, with hosting and third-party costs explained up front. Tell Dee about your goals and budget to get started.
Yes. Ongoing care can include event listings, photos, announcements, and other content updates. We’ll agree on how to send requests, what your plan covers, and expected turnaround. New features or larger changes can be quoted separately.
We’ll define monitoring coverage for your particular site, along with updates, backups, and the steps to take if something needs attention. Coverage and response times are agreed in your care plan.
A short description of your project, your current website if you have one, and any timing or budget considerations. Logos, photos, and examples you like are helpful, but you don’t need everything ready to start a conversation.
Include your domain and current website in your email. We’ll look at your setup and discuss how to carry useful content and services into the new design.
